Bobby LeMieux
Builder Owner
Bobby founded Mastercraft Builders on the belief that a home is so much more than the material it is made of. He relied on his 20+ years in the construction field to create a company that built homes that clients would love for years to come. Since it's inception, Mastercraft Builders LLC has earned an impeccable reputation as one of Louisiana's premier builders. He is proud to expand that business to Texas. Bobby operates the business alongside his wife and is a father of 7.
Steph Essary
Business Development Manager
Steph has over 28 years of experience in sales and marketing. Her real estate career began in 1997 in Pennsylvania and she proceeded to be licensed in Louisiana and Texas. In addition to her years as a Realtor, she has served as a loan originator, listings manager, and real estate coach. She attributes her success to the strong relationships she forged. Her mission as the Business Development Manager for Mastercraft is to facilitate those same strong relationships between clients, designers, lenders, and project managers.
Matt Essary
Construction Coordinator
Matt grew up in the real estate industry, having spent a great deal of his childhood in his mom's office. He would often tag along as she delivered marketing materials to neighborhoods and even assisted at open houses. For more than 10 years he worked as a customer service manager, where he honed his management skills and learned how to create excellent customer experiences. He is adept at problem-solving and issue resolution and ensuring timely delivery of services. In his position with Mastercraft Builders Texas, his goal is to ensure smooth transactions from first contact, to contract and completion.
Carlos Reyna
Project Manager- Texas
Carlos was raised in Houston, Texas and took an interest in the field of construction at a young age. He has experience in residential development and shortly after completing college, he also acquired experience in commercial development. Aside from having ample experience in completing construction projects in a timely manner, Carlos has skills in the manual work necessary to complete a home as well. Excellent social skills and being fluent in both English and Spanish allows him to maintain and grow professional relationships with subcontractors and customers.
Jim Scott
Project Manager
Jim has been in the construction business since the ’80s and started his journey with building
residential homes. He has supervised and managed projects in Florida that involved more than 40
homes and supervised the rebuild of New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina. With his established
experience, he has the confidence to manage any project given to him and provide quality
customer service.
Julian Rodriguez
Project Manager
Julian is a south Texas native with 16 years of experience in remodeling and construction. His skills and expertise in the industry allow him to coordinate and supervise an array of projects in both commercial and residential building. Fluent in Spanish and English, Julian works closely with clients to ensure that their ideas take form, their needs are met and their project exceeds expectations.
